If weather conditions are cold enough, a frozen volcano-like structure forms at the base of the waterfall. Pre-registrations is required. Meet at the education department at the Peter's Kill Area. Walkers, cyclists, runners, skaters and pets on a leash are all welcome. All participants will be entered into a raffle to win some great prizes. 2pm.
