Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center. 300 Wall St., Kingston. 331-5300. 17: Saturday Butterfly Weekend. Flutter in this weekend to discover the beauty of butterflies, moths and caterpillars! There will be presentations about monarch butterflies at 11:30am and 1:30pm followed by tagging and releasing as part of Monarch Watch. There will be a butterfly tent, crafts for kids and admission to Grasshopper Grove is included. Admission: $8 for adults, $5 for children who are members. $10 for adults, $7 for children who are not yet members. 11am-3pm. Hudson Highlands Nature Museum Outdoor Discovery Center. 120 Muser Dr., Cornwall. 534-5506. Hope Rocks Festival. This weekend long music and arts festival focuses on mental health issues, suicide and addiction. There will be live music, crafters, vendors and food. Event features visual and performance artists, activities, information and support organizations. There will be softball, volleyball, pickleball and human foosball. A "Hope Mural" will be located on the grounds for festival goers to place the names of loved ones who have suffered or presently suffer. This event is free and open to the public. 12pm. Cantine Veterans Memorial Complex. Washington Ave., Saugerties. Pine Bush Farmers Market. Get the best local produce and goods from Pine Bush farmers and growers. 9am-2pm. Join us for an evening of music paying tribute to Woodstock, the famous three-day festival of Peace, Love and Music in upstate New York that defined an entire generation! This weekly gathering is a combination of street fair, flea market, family yard sale, farmers market and family fun event. 12-6pm. New Century. 517 Neversink Dr., Port Jervis. 236-5535. Come and visit us to pick from our beautiful crop of delicious peaches and a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, eggplant, peppers and squash as you enjoy the tranquility of the farm. Kids can play on the new wooden tractor and wagon in Tiny Town and everyone can enjoy a delicious barbequed lunch and visit the farm animals. 10am-5pm. Enjoy rides, a circus, racing pigs, live music, livestock shows, a petting zoo, demonstrations, contests, a variety of fair food and more. All gates open daily at 10am. Explore a different theme each week with friends from the Senior Friendship center program. Each time we meet, we'll read a story and complete a craft with help from senior citizens.
