Practicing pre- and post-natal yoga provides women with the opportunity to attend to their bodies, spirits and souls. By engaging in breath work, relaxation techniques, strengthening pos- tures and birthing preparations, pre-natal yoga helps women by providing ways to manage their body's changes at each gestation period.
