Even a towel can become a cape
as you all run through the house on
the next big quest. The family dog
might enjoy trying on something or
not. Don't try unless you know your
dog is alright with clothes. Our dog,
Noodles, loves dress-up and even
wore clothes in a film on YouTube
called Happy Dog the Film. Even
our cat sometimes unwillingly ends
up with something on, too.
Music. Have a dance party or
play free dance. We also enjoy yoga
or hyper yoga dance. Let the music
move you. You can explore different

Spotlight on the Hyde Park
Trail System
There are so many lovely
trails to explore in Hyde Park.
The best part is, that there is
something for everyone. Well,
Abby wanted a summit and
the closest I could give her was
Top Cottage. But everyone else
should be pleased with the dif-
ferent hikes around the area. Do
a certain amount of hiking and
earn a badge.
Two family-friendly hikes to
keep away from germs
Lucky for us, even though
we have hiked over four miles
in the Hudson Valley and sur-
rounding areas, we are still
stumbling upon new places. This
week we found nature trails and
a cool playground at the Starr
Library in Rhinebeck New York.
If people are looking for a more
challenging experience, go to
Joppenbergh Mountain in Rosen-
dale.
