HVParent's newest blogger finds the greatest Hudson Valley haunts. In a previous life, Beth Fox was an English teacher in an alternative high school for at risk youth. Now, she is currently a stay at home mom September 2013 with two little girls: Madison, 4, and Sophie, 17 months. She lives in Goshen. Her days are filled with raising her daughters and exploring the Hudson Valley. Beth's title of Stay-At-Home mom is quite misleading as they are rarely at home. She loves to be on the go, exploring new places and revisiting her own childhood favorites. Beth hopes her blog provides area parents with ideas and inspiration to get out there and explore this great community with their kids.
