"Be My Valentine" Card-Making Workshop January 22. Use a pencil to make an abstract "scribble" on the front of a card. Then decorate with a sharpie, magazine paper and colored pencils. Sounds unusual? Nationally recog- nized collage maker extraordinaire will show you how to make the perfect card.
