Quarantine restrictions can create a
stressful environment, but embracing a
few simple steps can help you stay sane
and on track with living your best life.
Please note that living your best life
during quarantine looks a lot different
than it did when the yoga studio and
nail salons were open. This is the work of
allowing. To surrender. Allow your life to
be what it is just for this moment, for as
long as this moment may be, knowing
full well that this is not forever.
1. Redefine what it means
to be successful.
Make the wins small and clear. And
then celebrate the heck out of them.
