"I choose organic farming for many reasons. I want to grow sus- tainably. I don't want to be under the control of industrial agriculture. I want to walk lightly on the earth. "Organic farming is nutrition. It's politics, it's an attitude about being on the earth. "I do some small weddings on my farm. People get married here not just because it's pretty but because it ties in with their politics. They like being married in an environment that represents who they are and what they value.
