After your pancake breakfast, take a short walk to the sugar house to see first-hand the maple sugaring process of boiling down sap to make pure maple syrup. There will be hands-on demonstrations, guided hikes, carnival games, free crafts and more. Join us for a sweet day of memories and family fun for all ages. $5 per person. 9am-1pm. Each year we host our Food Shows (within the Garden Shows) and feature dozens of local food vendors, sample their products, and offer a unique Hudson Valley experience that combines gourmet food with a stunning landscape. American pianist Simone Dinnerstein is known for her elegance and originality. She uses a digital keyboard to help young children get close to the music she loves. Mom University is an exclusive and engaging all-day event designed to motivate moms to master motherhood! A school-aged program for kids who would like to develop confidence in their reading ability by reading with our non-judgemental, Certified and Licensed Therapy Dogs!
