The path stretches from Rosendale to Gardiner, passing through scenic New Paltz, including Historic Huguenot Street. Save the rock climbing for the summer and instead take advantage of the miles of wide, fl at carriage roads that lead throughout the Preserve. If the kids are ready to try cross-county skiing or snowshoeing, the Preserve is the ideal location for fi rst-timers. Note that the Preserve does not rent equipment.
