Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole By Pam Soscia 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup melted butter 10 oz. bag cheddar cheese 16 oz. container sour cream 2 cups crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup melted butter Mix hash browns, soup, onion, 1/2 cup melted butter, cheddar cheese and corn flakes together. Place in a 13 x 9 casserole pan, then top with the corn flakes and remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes Mom's Artichoke Dip By Pam Soscia 1 jar of artichokes, drained and chopped 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of parmesan cheese 1 cup of shredded mozzarella Mix above ingredients and place in a baking dish.
