Rock Hill St. Patrick's Day Parade. Join us for the 10th Annual Rock Hill St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 14th at 2pm. This year's parade will feature bagpipers, a Pipe and Drum Band and Marching Band, local fire depart- ments, community marchers, antique cars, horses, veterans and more! In addition to Fire Depart- ments, community organizations and non-profits, Rock Hill Business and Community members are also invited to participate in the parade. 2pm, Rock Hill. 15: Sunday Baby & Me Storytime. Parents and caregivers are invited to bring babies up to age 18 months to the Library for "Baby & Me" story and lap time program. We will share rhymes, lap games, simple books, and songs with you and your little one.
